Thanks to your direct participation in our project, Finca Cialito's
now owns and operates a small roasting plant with the technology of
today’s roasters. We combine the artesian knowledge of a master
roaster with the most powerful and precise technology.
Now we have a smaller roaster for smaller batches which results in a
more personal relationship with our farmers and clients. Combining
the knowledge of the masters, with the technology of today, the
fire, iron and the best prime matter, we obtain a wonderful artisan
roast.
We will like that you travel and experience our island flavors
through our cup of coffee.
We are growers and roasters of Coffee from Puerto Rico. Why coffee?
Coffee has the capabilities of magnifying all your powers as a human
being…and in this determinate planet will always be admire. I grow
coffee because of the goddess of Caffeine, beautiful with her dark
skin, always at the constant rescue of her true friend the Muse…Her
characteristics as a warrior are unique she is the antithesis of
alcoholic drinks, sobering rather than intoxicating, stimulating
mental activity and heightening perception of all your senses, all
of this combined in a unique flavor… For the creators, for the
determined eyes, for the ones that interrupt the ones that say it
can’t be done… Because they are doing it …
