GREEN THOUGHTS

A conscience for an island called World: The control of the prime matter started more than 500 years ago. In a contract in a paper by a lawyer the treaty of Tordecillas was Signed in June ,7, 1494. Established the zones to be governed by the Spaniards and by the Portuguese. The occidental zone would belong to Spain and the oriental zone to Portugal. My great great great grandfather lived in the occidental side nude, in the coast of a beautiful paradise called Boriken (Puerto Rico).

Then the power was demonstrated through flags.

Now the power is on the hands of the markets, not on the governments or kings or queens. The real control is in the natural resources the prime matter. Since the markets are manipulated by advertisement schemes, it is easy to learn about them through the television. It is not flags that govern the countries but names of big corporations.
This change in power, from flags to names, facilitates the destruction process of the planet, since it is not the flags that get stained but the names of the big corporations.

Isn't this the most incredible magic trick of the actual markets?
The operation through manipulation and lack of remorse.
This phenomenon is built up around diverse markets that are controlled by the interests of a minority.
Today's world is controlled by companies that create treaties as if they were poetry letters in which its verses are complex as indefinable by reason.
The treaties between developed and developing nations do not include in any of their paragraphs that the agreements are created to protect the native people of these countries.
They do not express disagreement towards exploitation y even more abuse of their habitat. This is the maximum power put in writing: the eternal condemnation of the violation of all races. The treaties are created to satisfy the economic interest of companies, and are not interest in the protection of the habitat.
These interests are only determined by the quantity of economical gain they might obtain. The owners of such companies usually don't see the company as medium for maintaining a habitat.

The surroundings don�t exist, we are just a bunch of numbers.
This is about increasing poverty levels and increasing the economic power to benefit only a minority. The growing poverty is the result of wrong exploitation of the habitats, such as the petroleum industries in the coast of Nigeria in Africa, and the land exploitation in Haiti that has led them whithout earth for cultivation by the monoculture production of Tobacco. The mass production of cotton in Russia has let dry the Sea of Aral between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. It seems as if life ended on this planet, and the war for survival has just begun.
Every developing country is condemned to manipulation methods enforced by the developed countries. The constant impoverishment of local agriculturalist is caused by the dumping of products. The local agriculturalist makes only enough money to survive. We are in a constant crisis, based on exorbitant importation that always determine the value of the work and not the cost of manual labor, as it should be.

You have to stop and reflect on what should be done about this situation. We have to put our political ideologies and religious, gender and race disputes aside. Analyze your surroundings and ask yourself: should I spend money to benefit a account, or spend the money to benefit the economy that makes the product.

Today I urge you to take these details into Knowlege.
The local agricultural economy should be defended, each origin around the globe, because at the same time we will be defending the planet. The coffee, cocoa, sugar and tabacco industries have a great power for the benefit or the distruction of the planet.

The production and consumption of products from determined origin paid directly to the farmers will assures a future with diversification of the flora and fauna in that particular place in the World. This will lead to a symbiotic relationship between the human being, the nature, the world and our grandchildren.
The ones that live from the land know that the murmur of the river is the voice of our great grand fathers offering to calm our thirst.
Being part of the structuring of the agro-ecology based on the surroundings of the habitat will assure the biodiversity that is found between the border of the human and the forests.

What you consume is what determines the distribution of the goods.
With this power, this real power, you can emphasize that you are not just another simple number in a given statistic.
Using the consciousness and the knowledge to buy goods will be the key for a better future. The ignorance of not knowing the real cost of the goods in discussion supports legal slavery and promotes the destruction of the ecosystems, jungles, forests, and seas.
Millions of gallons of waste are thrown into the seas due to the human�s lack of information and lack of values towards our natural resources, as if the world were infinite.

The temperatures of the Golf of Mexico are a direct result for the over exploitation of the lands and waters of Central America and this becomes an energy battery for the new Hurricanes.
Every time someone buys a pound of roasted coffee at a cost lower than the cost of production, is directly affecting the planet�s climate. For each pound of roasted coffee, 5.15 pounds of waste is generated. I ask myself, do the countries from which the goods are stolen have the capacity to manage the amount of waste generated?
This makes all of us the consumers the principal suspects of the economical disequilibrium of the world, which at the same time is the principal cause of the deterioration of the Planet�s climate.
A Primer Minister, during slavery times, called Lord Shelburne, said: �The struggle against the selling and negotiation of slaves based on justices and on the consciousness is not easy.

The real difficulty lies within the application of the principles learned by those that are already admitted and convinced�.
To make is to create a difference between the real and the imaginary:
