“Lady Finger” Banana's
These are the most precious and valued bananas on the island. These small
bananas or “Lady Finger” bananas are grown up on the central
mountainous region, under the shade of the trees.
This small banana obtains its name because of the delicate quality's of
its peel and its shape. The banana bunch is cut only when the banana
is fully matured and ready to ripen. The bananas are carefully
selected, hand washed and hand packed prior shipping.
The smell taste and texture this fruit offers is quite superior over
any other banana prematurely harvested and ripen artificially with a
chemical call Ethylene. Once ripe the “lady finger” bananas acquires
an intense yellow color for the health of a natural fresh fruit.
